Charlie Terror is the Constable, or chief warden on Odegra.He's a survival and personal combat fanatic, constantly training and sparring with anyone stupid enough to volunteer. He carries a gauss pistol when on duty, but if at all possible will fight people man-to-man or with blades.
He has personally put down three riots with edged weapons amid considerable casualties.
