The largest, oldest and reputedly richest Dwarf city. Home to the Goldeneye Oracle.
Ruled by King Dorain, advised by the Goldeneye. A warning that a cataclysmic war was to sweep across Alair caused Dorain to seal Gloiran in 1601, isolating it from affairs in Alair until 1608, when the king grudgingly admitted that the reference had probably been to the aborted invasion of the Shadowkami.
In the years of exile, Gloiran has lost much commercial and diplomatic ground to Kobur, and struggles now to remain the richest and most important dwarvish city in Alair.
