Dictator of the Arynare system
Belter captain, one of several responsible for overthrowing Everard Silverberg for control of the Arynare belt. All his fellow conspirators met with fatal accidents either during the rising or soon after and Lector remains in absolute power. His rule is inept and unpopular, and regular crackdowns to squash rumours of dark deeds have not endeared him to his subjects.
