Sirlal is Koutala IVa, orbiting the gas giant Tankrid, and is the rotation world for the non-prisoners in the system, both Imperial servicemen and Maximillian Industries employees.
Several domes hold casinos, bawdy-houses, and other resorts and diversions, and laws are basic at best, mainly focussed on preventing trouble between Imperials and employees.
