Eighty miles by thirty, the Fens are an impenetrable maze of shifting tussocks, deceptively solid-looking floating masses topped with grass, and pools of thirsty quicksand, or rather mud.
Reputed to be the location of the Army of the Dead, and the hiding place of Cullinan and Torunn Yalistair.
