Spy and henchman of Skufruss, shapechanger
Hozzk was another of Skufruss' unusual retainers; a peculiar creature, of wildly morphic appearance - sometimes tall, sometimes short, and with an infinte variety of faces. Skufruss had said that even he was unsure what Hozzk's true form was; but the strange gangrel creature was arguably the best spy it was possible to conceive - able to appear as anyone.
Whatever Hozzk is, a mere fifty years are no problem to him, and as of 1655 he remains Skuffruss' main spy and agent.
