Elverandil's home & forge in Lantalaure
The crypts beneath remained partly intact, well-trapped, and stocked with materials. The Journals were stored under the ruins; Elverandil believed them lost until the Mergil Quest retrieved them.
Since the Return, and after being made Lord of Lantalaure, Elverandil has rebuilt the House of Swords as his official residence. Weapons and armour are once more being made there, and rulers from all over Alair will pay any price for them.
